The Palliative Care Quality Collaborative invites you and your program to complete the PCQC 2022 Annual Program Survey! Programs are invited to submit data about their program reflecting the previous calendar year to provide actionable data that your programs and others can use to secure, expand, and retain resources for the delivery of high-quality palliative care. Participating in the 2022 Annual Program Survey will make your program an Advanced Member and there is no charge particpate in this level of membership. The deadline to complete the PCQC 2022 Annual Program Survey is June 30, 2023.
Palliative Care Programs interested in learning more about the survey or that have questions regarding the survey are invited to attend an Office Hours on May 10, 2023 at 2pm ET. More details and registration on Zoom.
